Juhee Jung ("Developer") values the privacy of Add Rush users and complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the GDPR and Apple/Google guidelines.

3. Retention Period
- Account data: Retained until account deletion
- Game records: Retained until account deletion
- After deletion: Immediately deleted, except as required by law (retained up to 6 months if needed for dispute resolution)
Retention required by law:
- Records of contracts and order cancellations: 5 years (e-commerce consumer protection law)
- Payment records: 5 years
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except:
- Where you have given consent
- As required by law or requested by law enforcement

You have the right to:

7. Data Deletion
When data is no longer needed, we delete it securely:
- Electronic files: Permanently deleted by irreversible means
- Physical copies (if any): Shredded
8. Cookies and Local Storage
The app does not use web cookies. Session information is stored locally on your device (via DataStore) to maintain login state. This data is deleted when you uninstall the app.

- 탈퇴 후: 법령에서 정한 경우를 제외하고 즉시 삭제 (단, 분쟁 해결을 위해 필요한 경우 최대 6개월 보관 후 삭제)
관계 법령에 따른 보존 항목 및 기간:
- 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자 보호에 관한 법률: 계약·청약철회 기록 5년, 대금결제 기록 5년
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
개발자는 이용자의 사전 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우는 예외입니다.
- 이용자가 동의한 경우
- 법령의 규정에 의하거나 수사 기관의 요청이 있는 경우

이용자는 아래 권리를 언제든지 행사할 수 있습니다.

- 계정 탈퇴(개인정보 삭제) — 앱 내 설정 > 계정 > 계정 삭제에서 직접 처리 가능
권리 행사는 아래 이메일로 문의해 주시면 10일 이내 처리합니다.
7. 개인정보의 파기
보유 기간 만료 또는 이용 목적 달성 시 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 전자 파일: 복구 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제
- 출력물: 분쇄기로 파쇄
8. 개인정보 자동 수집 장치 사용 여부
앱은 별도의 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 다만, 인증 세션 유지를 위해 기기 내 로컬 저장소(DataStore)에 최소한의 세션 정보를 저장합니다. 이는 앱 삭제 시 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
